What comes next
Soap washes. The rest of the bathroom doesn’t: solid shampoo, conditioner, after-shave balm. They are care products, they keep dry, and they do mould into a volume. That is where the duck comes back out of the engraving and into relief.
The first one is The Balm. No water in it, so nothing to add to preserve it: shea butter, plant waxes, and a list you can read to the end. It doesn’t lather, it doesn’t melt, it stays a duck for months.

How this works
You pre-order your box. Your money pays for the duck stamp and the first run. There is no investor behind this.
At 100 boxes, we start manufacturing. Below that, we cancel and everyone gets refunded.
Delivery within 14 weeks from the start of production. We quote wide: soap needs weeks of curing that nobody ever counts.
The real questions
14 weeks from the start of production, which itself begins as soon as 100 boxes are pre-ordered. We say 14 rather than 8 for a specific reason: tooling the stamp comes before the first bar, and the soap needs 3 weeks to cure, which soap works never count in their lead time. We'd rather quote wide and deliver early.
Because there's no investor behind this. Your pre-order is what pays for the duck stamp, engraved to order, and the first production run. Without pre-orders there's no production at all. It's the only honest model at our size, and we'd rather explain it than pretend we have stock.
We cancel and everyone is refunded in full. No « we're postponing », no credit note, no voucher. The refund is automatic and within 14 days. Same if we miss the delivery date we announced.

Each bar weighs 140 g and lasts six to eight weeks on average under a daily shower, provided it dries between uses. That is exactly what the Lifeguard is for. A soap left stewing in its dish lasts two to three times less.
We stand by it. It's an invitation, not an insult. And if it makes you smile, you're exactly the person we're talking to. If it offends you, there is a vast supply of very good beige soap out there.
